Delivery Policy Our delivery drivers will attempt delivery between 8AM and 8PM. We do not guarantee deliveries at any particular time of the day with the exception of funeral services without speaking to our shop in advance . We require a signature on all deliveries left with a person. We may leave deliveries on a porch or with a neighbor and will tag the recipients door. Deliveries will be left at the drivers discretion.
We will not be responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. We will not issue refunds in this case. We will also not issue refunds where delivery was accepted at the delivery location, but the recipient for some reason did not get the flowers. An example of this would be a delivery to the recipient's job while they are out of town for the week.
Please place your flower order by 3 PM PST for same day deliveries in the city of Portland. We do offer express delivery for an additional charge. Please contact us at 888-292-7714 for availability.

Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery will be subject to a $10.00 charge.
